Gilbert's Management (Susie)
I have been visiting
the Florida Keys for many years, I always made a point to make a trip on Sunday to enjoy the food, and beer and beauty of
the keys at Gilbert's, but one thing that made it so good and enjoyable was the band (VIVA) that played on Sunday's
for many years. We love Viva.
I have been told that Viva is no longer playing at Gilberts. I hope that this is temporary. When I called and they told
me that they where not playing there anymore we was very disappointed. I do not know why or who made that decision, why but without
Viva playing on Sunday there are many places in the keys to enjoy the beer and food so you will no longer get my business.
See ya...
Just thought you should know that not having Viva is a real bummer. and was a very good reason to make a trip to Gilbert's
on Sunday. Not anymore. Bad
Move.. whom ever made this decision should be keel hauled and then made to walk the plank... Hopefully another establishment
will pick them up so I can continue to enjoy the Keys with superb music.. Scott Cline (no longer a Gilbert's customer) ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
I second you on your opinion
Scott. There's no more raison for me to go to Gilbert's. Without Viva it's rather a very ordinary place. I
had in mind to bring some more friends on my next visit but it's no longer the case. I will go where ever the band
will play. Just to bad for your businness Gilbert's it will come back the way it was prior
to Viva's arrival... very slow.

To whom it may concern: For
years, I've been going to the Keys. As a matter of fact, my parents have had a place there for over 25 years. My
friend and I usually hang out at Snappers, Island Grill, Lorelei and other wonderful establishments located in the area. About
a year ago, we met a very nice lady, who lives there full-time, and we told her we would like to visit a new place there
where we could go have lunch and listen to great music on our way back home in Miami. She immediately said, you haven't
been to Gilbert's? We said, no, we thought that place was like a hole in the wall, and she said, not anymore, it's just spectacular,
and what makes it so great is the awesome band they have there on Sundays. So, we went and just fell inlove with the
great atmosphere, the wonderful waitressing and bartending, especially from Noah, and the wonderful music at Gilbert's.
We have recommended Gilbert's to numerous people who have asked us for recommendations on where to go, and even though we
may not be staying in the Keys sometimes, we always look forward to taking a
drive over there on Sundays with friends just to enjoy the great entertainment that Viva has always provided. We always
tell people that they sound like the original artists, and they do. I don't know what has happened that Viva is no longer
going to be playing there, but it sure is very disappointing. I hope that they soon find a place where they willl be
playing every week so we can once again look forward to enjoying the beauty of the Keys with great music. Liz Huston _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Reinhard, Your
subordinate's [Susie] decision to "cancel further dates" for VIVA was an exceptionally poor one for your employees-----much
less the people who came out on Sundays to hear, and talk to, the band members. Since you no longer will have any business
on Sunday, you will probably be forced to lay off several of your servers who, incidentally, are part of our Sunday family.
So your girl Susie has broken up our entire family!!! Poetic justice will prevail when you realize that she is
the reason for your upcoming misfortunes-----NOT VIVA-------and you will rectify the situation by eliminating the problem.
Don't you see that NO ONE WINS!!!

What happened to Gilbert's?
I called this morning and spoke to Diana, she advised me that Viva was not on the calendar. Viva's music was one
of the reasons we made the trip on Sunday's along with the great weather, cold beer and food that Gilbert's has to offer. Sunday's
at Gilbert's had become a tradition for my wife and I. Is Viva playing anymore at Gilbert's? Thanks Smoky ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Well, I guess Gilbert suffered
a big loss this year. Wherever you go, your fans will be there thanks to the wonderful internet (communication)
access.

Dear Ms. Susie: I have been a customer of Gilberts for the past 6
years. I am repulsed at
the way you expressed yourself in that email regarding VIVA. I think that VIVA has been the reason why we drove to Gilberts
every Sunday to see them and enjoy the music, never in those 6 years we noticed that the band was lacking energy, they always
play the music that the people requested and they were professionals all the way, on the other hand, you are very unprofessional
talking that way about the band. I hope that your business survive without every one that used to go there. Maria ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
